Meet Day Meals
Meet Day Meals
The Track Booster Club will organize athlete meals for track meets during the 2026 season. Parents who wish to participate will pay a single fee that represents an average cost across all meals for the season. This approach is designed to keep things simple and to ensure that your athlete consistently receives a meal while at meets, without the need to handle payment or planning on a meet-by-meet basis.
If your family is in need of a scholarship for athlete meals, please reach out to Mandy Coburn, Booster Club Vice President and GCISD School Counselor, at amanda.coburn@gcisd.net. Any donations made through this form will be used to help provide meals for other athletes.

Area, Regional, and State Meets for Qualifying Athletes
Breakfast may include options such as fruit or a yogurt smoothie, a breakfast sandwich, or a wrap. Lunch will typically be a Subway-style sandwich with chips, and dinner will often be a Chick-fil-A sandwich or wrap. We are able to accommodate food allergies and medical or dietary restrictions. However, due to the size of the team, we are not able to accommodate individual food preferences. When possible, sauces and toppings will be provided on the side or in a way that can be easily removed.
